I’m an Engineering student and a horror film enthusiast. I also happen to write a blog about travel, and life in general.
On the 30th July 2013, I turned 18. That day, I applied for my Working Holiday Visa and booked a one way ticket to Sydney. I left 2 months later, and never looked back!
Unofficially, I’ve been writing and collecting this information since then. I scribbled in journals, typed essays on my laptop and shared my stories to anyone that asked. It’s only since June 2017 that I decided to stack it all up and publish it to the world.
In the last few years, blogging has become a huge platform for people. It’s offered individuals a voice, and allowed them to invite us all into their world. Unfortunately, it’s also become a fantasy. Full of bright lights and fancy hotel rooms. It’s easy for someone who gets paid to share, to tell you how great their life is.
I wanted to create an honest platform, about travel, good food and life in general. I want to write about my great adventures, holding down a job, and muddling my way through adulthood.
I’m still learning, through a trial and error process. It’s slow , embarrassing and sometimes expensive, but its been the most entertaining few years of my life.
And I want to share this with you.
